About the company
alliance7 Construction Inc., was started nine years ago with a vision of providing a special experience with everything we do. We didn’t want to become too corporate, where we lose touch of our relationships with our people, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants. We have found over time that the best approach is to be an authentic and straightforward. While we can deliver like any world class company; we do it in a way that a boutique company can give you!
While our company was started in construction management and design/build construction, our primary revenues now come from working with Developers, Property Owners and Manager as Project Managers and Owner’s Representatives.
Now for the corporate part, at alliance7 we recognize that no two projects or partners are alike, which is why we offer a suite of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. alliance7 has over 750 million dollars in project experience with many developers in Canada and specifically the Greater Toronto Area. Our industry expertise serves as the cornerstone of our ability to deliver tailored services in the commercial, hospitality, institutional, retail and multi-unit residential markets.
It is also our team’s passion for what we do that sets us apart – something we’re committed to proving through the words we speak, the actions we take, and most importantly, the results we deliver.
